If you are looking for a historical comparison of why this win is so significant for "Speech," over the past 10 years only four films have won the PGA Award and were unable to duplicate the feat at the Oscars, "Little Miss Sunshine" in 2007, "Brokeback Mountain" in 2006, "The Aviator" in 2005 and "Moulin Rouge" in 2002. However, the last three best picture winners all won the PGA including indies "Slumdog Millionaire" and "The Hurt Locker."

Hey, pas de The Town finalement.
Sinon, malgré le grand nombre de nommés (et même si j'ai pas tout vu), c'est quand même une année avec absolument rien de honteux j'ai l'impression.


Le film de papy sinistre nommé plutôt que Despicable Me. Surprise.


Je doute qu'il gagne mais GO BANKSY!

Genre j'y connais quelque chose.


Connaissant le goût de l'Académie pour les effets "réalistes" et "invisibles", j'espère qu'ils récompenseront ceux d'Inception, qui vont de l'old school au meilleur du numérique.
Absence honteuse de plein de films, comme Tron par exemple.


Là ça va être la série des prix de gros pour The King's Speech.
