Mes préférés gagnent rarement. En même temps le gagnant est peut-être celui qui plait à une majorité de personnes. Les pires années pour moi furent : 2002, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, et 2009, quand le film primé était loin de me convenir... mais bon ça ne veut pas dire pour autant que les sélections étaient mauvaises.

Il faut que tu voies Sideways (après La 25e heure), et j'ai beau adorer Michael Clayton, faut pas déconner, le chef-d'œuvre, c'est No Country for Old Men.

Je vois toutes les qualités de No Country for Old Men, mais c'est le film qui m'a fait prendre conscience que je suis finalement assez peu sensible au cinéma des frères Coen, Fargo étant l'exception.

Le fait de seulement les noter pour l'Oscar du meilleur film, je trouve que ça change un peu notre vision et les notes. Alors qu'on sait qu'à côté l'Académie doit choisir le meilleur réalisateur, les meilleurs décors, etc. Et du coup les critères pour le meilleur film sont un peu plus flous et larges. En prime, les années passent et on revoit ces films avec peut-être un nouveau regard. Même si je suis persuadé qu'au fond le point essentiel est l'émotion qu'on a pu ressentir durant la première projection.
Bref, c'était une super idée de Top, merci Film Freak.
