Enfin!

Eli Roth is set to direct his next horror thriller, The Green Inferno. Details on the film's plot have yet to be revealed.

Best known for horror entries like Hostel and Cabin Fever, Roth co-wrote the screenplay with Aftershock co-writer Guillermo Amoedo, from Roth's own original story.

Worldview Entertainment, a New York City-based motion picture production and investment company, has signed on to finance and produce.

“Eli has an excellent track record of writing and directing high quality, commercially successful films of this genre. We are big fans of his work and very excited to be a part of his next project,” said Worldview CEO, Christopher Woodrow.

“I’ve had an amazing few years producing, writing and acting, and am very excited to get back in the director’s chair. I’ve been working on this idea for several years, and was inspired by filming in Chile and cannot wait to get back,” said Roth. “Worldview backs my vision and believes in me, and is giving me the support I need and the freedom to take risks and make something daring and terrifying. I believe this will be the scariest and most intense film I have made to date. I want to audiences worldwide to feel my return to directing was worth the wait.”

"I am a huge fan of Eli Roth. Any filmmaker who can consistently satisfy his audience ultimately can command global box office success. I cannot wait for our international distributors to sink their teeth into this project,” said Alex Walton, Exclusive Media’s President of International Sales and Distribution.

Roth will produce alongside Woodrow, Worldview COO, Molly Conners, and Sobras International producers Miguel Asensio Llamas and Nicolás Lopez. Worldview’s Maria Cestone, Sarah Johnson Redlich and Hoyt David Morgan will executive produce.

Production will begin in the fall of 2012 in Peru and Chile.

Roth and Amoedo’s script centers around an idealistic band of do-gooders who crash land in the Peruvian jungle and get captured by man-eating tribes.

Both Robert De Niro and Sylvester Stallone may be heading back into the ring - together.

The actors, who scored career triumphs with "Raging Bull" and "Rocky," respectively, are in talks to co-star in a new boxing comedy entitled "Grudge Match" for Warner Bros. Pictures. The plot revolves around two retired fighters who decide to strap the gloves back on for one final showdown.

According to The Wrap, which broke the story, the project is expected to begin filming early next year. Peter Segal ("Get Smart," "The Longest Yard") is attached to helm from a script currently being drafted by "Entourage" creator Doug Ellin.

Nicolas Winding Refn is in talks to direct an adaptation of the graphic novel, "Button Man: The Killing Game" for DreamWorks.

Written by Arthur Ranson and John Wagner (who created the Judge Dredd graphic novel character), "Button Man: The Killing Game" centers on a former mercenary named Harry Exton, who is recruited into a game in which retired soldiers are sponsored by wealthy investors -- called "Voices," because they’re only heard on the telephone -- to face off against each other in fights to the death.

“Moneyball” producer Michael De Luca is one of the men shepherding this project. In development since at least 2008, scribes like Hillary Seitz (“Insomnia,” “Eagle Eye”) and Barry Levy (“Vantage Point”) have both written on this thriller.

The director recently sat down with Esquire, and when they casually suggested they'd like to see him direct a movie based on a Bible story, he revealed he already has one moving. "I've got something else in the works. I'm already doing it. It's called 'Moses.' Seriously, seriously. It's going to happen," he said. "I probably shouldn't have let that slip out. I'm not supposed to say anything. It's definitely in the cards, though. What's interesting to me about Moses isn't the big stuff that everybody knows. It's things like his relationship with Ramses [II, the pharaoh]. I honestly wasn't paying attention in school when I was told the story of Moses. Some of the details of his life are extraordinary."

Hollywood has recently become obsessed with telling the story of Moses (again) with Warner Bros. and Fox both developing projects. The WB movie, titled "Gods And Kings," has Steven Spielberg lining up to direct, though with "Robopocalypse" recently pushed to 2014, it's going to be a long time before he gets to that. So we're guessing that Scott is involved with Fox project, as they might be eager to keep the "Prometheus" helmer under their roof (they're also backing "The Counselor"). If so, the movie has an initial script by Bill Collage and Adam Cooper who also wrote a Marco Polo film for the studio (that's not related to the Tarsem Singh/Gong Li vehicle announced not too long ago).

Les 10 commandements façon Kingdom of Heaven? Avec Russell Crowe en Moïse? Fassbender en Ramsès? Ou Oscar Isaac?

Le prochain Marvel qui n'a pas encore été annoncé ne serait ni Ant-Man, ni Dr Strange, ni Guardians of the Galaxy (tous prévus) mais...Black Panther.

How do I know? Let’s say I got it from FOUR different trusted sources.
Last year, it was reported that Marvel hired Mark Bailey to pen the script and I hear the script is fantastic.
The clues were always there. They showed Wakanda on the map in Iron Man 2 and Captain America’s shield is made from Vibranium which also hails from Wakanda. The Black Panther has a long development history which at one point had Wesley Snipes attached to star. Marvel got the rights back to the character in 2005.

The title “Black Panther” is a rank of office, chieftain of the Wakandan Panther Clan. As chieftain, the Panther is entitled to eat a special heart-shaped herb, as well as his mystical connection with the Wakandan Panther god, that grants him superhumanly acute senses and increases his strength, speed, stamina, and agility to the peak of human development. He has since lost this connection and forged a new one with another unknown Panther deity, granting him augmented physical attributes as well as a resistance to magic.

His senses are so powerful that he can pick up a prey’s scent and memorize tens of thousands of individual ones. T’Challa is a rigorously trained gymnast and acrobat, showing mastery in various African martial arts as well as contemporary ones and fighting styles that belong to no known disciplines.

Oui, c'est un perso bidon.
