Sony voit Spider-Man. Avant même la sortie, ils signent Raimi pour le 2. Le premier tue et cartonne, le second sort seulement deux ans après et c'est un chef-d'oeuvre.
La Fox n'a pas fait pareil avec Singer sur X-Men. On a attendu 3 ans entre chaque film et Brett Ratner a réalisé le 3.
