C'est un livre de Patricia Highsmith à la base quand même... et son principe de l'échange de meurtres est devenu un classique réutilisé.

The team behind Gone Girl is going to give a modern twist to an old classic. Director David Fincher and star Ben Affleck are set to remake Alfred Hitchcock’s Strangers on a Train. Gone Girl author/screenwriter Gillian Flynn is in talks to write the script. Affleck will play an Oscar contender whose private plane breaks down. He’s then forced to catch a ride with a mysterious, wealthy stranger. Warner Bros. will produce and distribute and the hope is for Affleck to star in this film between his next movie, Dennis Lehane’s Live by Night (which he’s also directing), and the Justice League movies. Fincher and Flynn will have their HBO show Utopia to work on in the meantime. Couillu et/ou foireux? Curieux. |

Mon premier Hitchcock, il me semble. Donc pour Fincher entre ce film et Utopia (il réalise tous les épisodes), je doute qu'il soit à la réal pour Millénium 2. |

Perso je préfère 100 fois ce projet à Millenium 2. Très intrigant en tout cas, j'adore le Hitchcock va falloir faire fort pour faire au moins aussi bien. |

Apparemment, Fincher avait déjà développé un projet de remake du Hitchcock pour Joel Silver jadis. |

C'est clair que ça reste toujours un peu frustrant de voir Fincher se borner à aller dans des projets "petits" alors qu'il a failli tourner 20 000 Lieues sous les mers ou Cléopâtre. |
